RESERVATION CANCELLATION TERMS
if canceled within a shorter period than 50 days before the conference starts, the contracting authority
shall pay compensation in accordance with the following principles:
- cancellation between 50 and 30 days - 25% of the value of orders
- cancellation between 29 and 21 days - 50% of the value of orders
- cancellation between 20 and 8 days - 75% of the value of orders
- under 7 days - 100% of the value of orders
